Linda had been suffering with constant pain in her hands and arms for over five years.  She was in such agony she was unable to sleep a full night in all that time.  She was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome and had been given injections, steroids and other medications.  Her doctor told her the next step was surgery, as her hands were getting progressively worse.  After evaluating her I saw what has, unfortunately, become an all too common occurrence:  the specialists she saw focused only on the site of the pain but failed to address the cause.  In Linda's case, it had nothing to do with her wrists.  I relieved her pain without ever touching her hands.
